FAQ

How much are the castles to hire?

Nepean Castle Hire has a wide range of Castles and Combo Castles available for hire starting at $250 including delivery within the Western Sydney area.

Does the castle require power?

YES, all of our castles require a 240v power source at the location however Nepean Castle Hire will supply all of the electrical cords and extension leads required to reach and power the blower motors.

Does someone need to supervise the castle?

YES, adult supervision is required at all times whilst the Castle is setup and in use.

Do you have insurance?

Nepean Castle Hire carries “Public Liability Insurance” to the value of $20,000,000 and a certificate of currency copy is available if required.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, Nepean Castle Hire offers free cancellation of any booking up to 72 hours prior delivery. In the event of a cancellation within 72 hours of your party / event, a cancellation fee of $80 will be charged to the hirer. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your party / event, a cancellation fee of the full amount will be charged to the hirer.

What payment methods do you accept?

Nepean Castle Hire accepts Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Afterpay & Zip-Pay.

What are your hours of operation / hire?

Our hours of operation / hire are between 9:00am and 5:00pm. If your party or event times are outside these hours or you require overnight hire, please contact us on 0428 404 250.

What surfaces can you setup on?

Our Castles can be setup on just about any surface required from grass, dirt, concrete, sand, carpet, pavers, asphalt e.t.c however you will need to inform Nepean Castle Hire of which surface at the time of the booking so the correct ground mats / weights can be carried on the day of delivery.

Who sets up the castle?

Setup and take-down of ours Castles is a free service provided by the Nepean Castle Hire team to ensure a stress-free party or event.

What happens if it rains?

If the weather doesn’t permit Castle Hire in a safe environment such as heavy rain or extremely strong winds predicted during the duration of the event, a refund of any monies paid will be returned to the hirer or a credit will be issued for a future event if requested.
